Best, All-Purpose Marinade

Yield: approximately 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine until well mixed.
  2. Use as a marinade.

Notes:

Refrigerate up to one week.  Double (or triple!) recipe as needed.

Measure dried oregano into the palm of your hand and crush to release its natural oils.
